Pathetic service

I wanted to cancel my application I was then retained by an agent now I just called and I am told they will come it depends on how many customers they have I now want to cancel and want my refund I can see where this is going I will have a problem in the future I was told about 48 hours no one came then 7 days now no has contacted me and this is the second complain I doing and no one is calling mme to ask what is happening this is such a bad service I don't want to be part of this company this is terrible
