Pathetic service
This company and their service from their agent's are beyond pathetic, and the co company Web Africa is another story. There was a double payment made last month so I asked for a refund on 1 premium it's a month I'm still waiting so I asked them to keep the premium for the new month everything we message from assistance they apparently can't find my details. Why do companies do this and damage their reputation it's so frustrating.

Apparently they can't pick up my information and I've been paying from December. Atleast make an attempt to get someone to contact me instead of apologizing when you don't even really care.
