Pathetic Service

They are absolutely pathetic!!! Since the 6 of January I dont have any internet connection. I phoned them almost everyday. It's the same trouble shooting over and over again. Still today nothing is being done. No one had been here no one has contacted me. Every time I phone its a different storie. Either the fault is with Vuma or with Vodacom or the lines or my adress. Their service is pathetic.
