PATHETIC SERVICE

I have been waiting for 4 months for Vumatel to activate my fibre installation.After many calls to mweb who is the primary service provider to get Vumatel to activate i failed.Last week a gentleman (Sphiwe Mandla) from Vumatel stepped in to "sort out the issues" in his words.The situation went from bad to worse with Sphiwe not even answering emails.The level of service from Vumatel has been beyond pathetic,and i advise anyone living in the Northern suburbs of Joburg ie.Killarney/Houghton/Saxonwold to go with other fibre providers if you can.THIS EXPERIENCE THAT DRAGGED ON FOR 4 MONTHS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
