Pathetic Service.

Pathetic service...... Need to wait from 3 to 6 working days when there is a fault on your line. I am waiting 5 days and counting. Yet they are tooo quick to take your subscription fee monthly. They don't even have a contact center to contact them on directly. Terrible serice. The ISP mweb keeps telling us daily that's they awaiting Vumatel. It's cost us money for alternate means for working from home as well as online schooling but hey Vumatel or mweb DOESN'T CARE!!!!
