Pathetic service by Vumatel!!!!!!!!!!!

I app**** and paid Vumatel on the 6th of April 2024 - it is stipulated on there policy that it would be installed 3-7days. 7 days passed no communication or attempt to try and schedule a day for installation on the 10th day still nothing waiting and getting conflicting stories everytime you call there call Centre (spending 100's of rands) after I have already paid for a service that is just not there. I called every day still nothing agents logging tickets but nothing on the 16th of April was promised they would come install by the call Centre agent but nothing. Technician called me on the 17th said they are busy and would come the 18th of April - technician arrived the 18th installed router but could not activate the device due it not being registered since the 18th till now no wifi and no service or communication from vumatel why is it so difficult to provide the service you paid for and that you are promised after paying. This is pathetic and disgusting service - no one has any answers as to why it's not registered till now???? I won't recommend them to anyone in future as I have yet to see any customer service (No service). Very unhappy customer.
