Pathetic service by Vumatel

Vumatel and Vodacom have very poor customer service. I cancelled my fibre with Vodacom in May but it was only effected end of July with explanation whatsoever. Only released my ONT on 15th August after a blame game between Vumatel and Vodacom. My service is still not activated for connection to my new ISP since 1st August and getting different stories from Vumatel agents. There’s no complaints department and they refuse to allow you to speak to the Manager/ Supervisor. Very disappointed and disgusted with the service!!
