Pathetic service by Vox/ Vumatel

Vumatel Fibre has let me down and does not even deserve the 1 star lowest rating. They promise to deliver a fast efficient service, but then do not deliver. It is impossible to phone them and they simply ignore emails. Their service partner VOX is absolutely as helpless

I app**** 13 Sept 2024 for uncapped fibre which they claim to install in a few days. The fibre connection is allready available at my premises, they just have to plug it in and configure. But no one comes to do it, and impossible to get any feedback.

Their project managers do not take or return calls, and is shielded by call centre agents just passing your complaint from one to the other.

Requesting senior intervention is immpossible as no managers are available. To add injury to insult, VOX is charging me for fibre internet service, yet I do not even have a ONT or active internet connection

Absolutely pathetic service
