Pathetic Service

This service provider is pathetic. No contact details for them and extremely poor service and workmanship with installations complete. Complainants have to be directed to the ISP and Vumatel turn around time is 2 to 5 working days. Mweb the Internet Service Provider is also not very helpful as they are unable to do anything when there’s a loss of signal. We are now unable to work from home and this is costing us a lot of money unnecessarily
