Pathetic Service!!!

Pathetic service delivery!!! One team came to do the installation, then said there is a fault on the line. Another team will come and sort it out. The other team came and said no it’s the first teams’ job. After numerous calls, useless call centre agents and a back and forth. I still do not have service but they’ve got the Money!!!!
