Pathetic service @Vumatel

The blue light on my CPE keeps flashing. The object number i was given by the Vumatel team who came to install the infrastructure is allocated to someone else. I cannot get proper help from the call center except logging calls 4 call references for the same problem and still no help. Pathetic service Vumatel
