Pathetic service
I'm really experiencing a pathetic service from this home connect we paid 26th March 2024 till this day we have no Wi-Fi connection, their call center agents know nothing and I'm asking myself what's the training for coz when we need help they don't know anything they've been escalating but the matter is not resolved, when we want our money back still they don't want to give us so we can pay a service provider that deserve it, I am so disappointed with you guys when u had to switch it off u quick to disconnect but from 26th we have no Wi-Fi 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
