Pathetic service

Vumatel has a total lack of empathy for their costumers. I have been sitting for 4 days without any service due to their technical staff damaging my wifi cable when they were installing a new pole. I have communicated with them via email and whatsapp several times to no avail. There technicians came to my premises under the influence of alcohol to move their main line from 1 pole to the new pole that was installed. This was on a Saturday morning, but they did not even wait until the pole was planted and left. If they just had to wait 10 minutes they could have done their work and we would not have had any problems. Now it seems that the more I am complaining the longer they are making me wait. Pathetic service from them and I will never recommend any family and friends ever again.
