Pathetic Service

What a pathetic service. It's taking us longer than two weeks just to activate our fibre box. Everyone we talk to on the phone is giving their 1% and then they are done. We are on the phone every single day talking to someone new and still struggling to get proper service. Really pathetic and disappointing!
