Pathetic Service

A week ago I received confirmation from both Afrihost and Vumatel that an appointment had been arranged for 18 July 2024 at 11:00 am, I made arrangements to accommodate them and no one came. I had to call Afrihost to follow up and they were no help the lady I spoke to was supposed to call me back with confirmation but she never did. Now I receive a call from the technicians telling me they are by the house. Some of us have jobs we are not always available. I haven't even started using the service and already I'm experiencing problems.
