Pathetic service
Why does Vumatel have the most pathetic system. If something happens to your fibre box, one is beholdent to them to fix it. I logged a ticket with my ISP who escalated it as well and Vumatel just don't care. What kind of service is this to a paying customer???! Their values and beliefs on their website are a bunch of lies! If the robot at Vumatel does happen to look at this MY ticket number is ISP-997076
