Pathetic service

We have moved into a new office and were looking at Wi-fi and fibre options .When we contacted Vumatel they could not pick up our address on their system which was very strange because the business next door to us is using Vumatel . After many days of trying to solve this issue someone was eventually able to assist . We arranged for Vumatel to come out to do the installation . This morning 2 installers show up at our premises without the proper equipment to do the installation . According to them they have 4 installations today but only 30m of cable . How do they send out installers without equipment ?????

When trying to contact a manager or someone who can assist we are told to hold and nobody picks up the phone . we are running a business and this is becoming very frustrating for us .
