The SPN can not see any information under my name as I mentioned before on my previous review and Vumatel is the one that called me and provided me with a ref number to pay to so I have no relations with the SPN with regards to any payment

Please note that the payment is generated from the ISP's end, the ISP will be able to assist with your refund inquiry, as the ISP conducts monthly billings on your account.
