PATHETIC SERVICE

I called 3 times and I got 3 different responses. NOBODY knows what is going on in this company and nobody is willing to take any proper action or responsibility. Then I got an email from someone called Caiphus Chidi claiming they work at Vumatel asking for my Serial number on my “router” (I don’t have one) saying it starts with certain digits which it didn't and then processed to ask if they can send someone to my house. Google notified me that it’s a ****mer. However, they listed my address which is concerning. This is a SECURITY BREACH. I’m beyond disappointed and disgusted with their lack of service and ability to deal with my situation.
