Pathetic service

Just out of the blue Vumatel decided to cancel our line, with no proof whatsoever that i want my services disconnected, my account is paid every month, my wifi was disconnected last night. How is this even possible just to cancel someone's line . Vumatel you better fix this, I need my wifi. My reference number is VC-***
