Pathetic Service.

We had not connections for 2 weeks, contacted Vumetel only to be told that they no longer send their technicians to Khayelitsha (iLitha park) what? We have paid for the Fibre!!!! I seriously don't not understand why, the connection constantly needs fixing, everywhere time, we need someone to come fix the connection since we started using your services. Now no technicians in our area anymore. The shocking part is that you debited us still after allnof this, why are we still being charged for services you did not provide????
