Pathetic Service

This company has got to be one of the most ******** companies ever - Yet they quick to collect money but when it comes to the service that they need to provide they really suck !!!! Mails and escalations are ignored its like I am commutating with a brick wall so frustrating , One can not simply call them , you send countless mails with no feedback , I have been without fibre for a good 3 Days my services have been disconnected even though payment was made - and I need to work from home I will never ever recommend this company to anyone , no disregard for their clients Very Disappointing
