Pathetic service

According to Mweb vumatel was supposed to contact me to get my internet connected. Called vumatel & apparently they cannot provide me with written confirmation that Mweb is at fault. Between Mweb & Vumatel they keep passing the buck & I'm sitting without internet & neither is willing to assist. Pathetic!!!
