Pathetic service

I have had no connection since 6am, I work from home and seriously inconvenienced. I had to wait for 1h15m on queue to be told my area has an outage they did not jpther to notify us about not even the live chat is of helf no estimated time for recovery just bull**** service. I switched from Ikeja to them but its the same service I aas getting with them. Mxm
