Pathetic service

Vumatel must be the most pathetic excuse for a company I have ever come across - they commission my line a week ago , it does not work , a week later and over 15 calls to my ISP still nothing , they show that you called at my residence to resolve twice , the latest being an hour ago …. No technician came to the house even though my estate app shows that they entered the main gate (must be that Friday feeling) never thought I would miss OPENSERVE as much as I do
