Pathetic Service

Vuma customer service are the worst. They send you from pillar to post taking an hour to respond to you... And still have the audacity to tell you that they are helping 10 clients at a time. Vuma deducts my money but does not deliver on my services. A whole month I'm without internet yet they receive my money on time. The finance department is a bunch of people who don't know what to do... And they don't refund your money either
