Pathetic service

I would have given a negative rating if it was possible.

I haven't been assisted for over a month to activate my internet. There is no contact number to get to these people and I have tried logging numerous tickets via my ISP and sending an email to *** but yet NOTHING.

Either there is no one working there or all of them are constantly on leave. Its pathetic if I am being kind.
