Pathetic Service

We have the worst experience ever with Vumatel. We recently moved and they are unfortunately the only fibre line in those area. We are sitting without internet for 17 days now and nobody is willing to take ownership to get us up and running. They come back with a problem each and every time. They dont get back to our service provider. It is costing us a lot of money and we are loosing income at the moment as I am working from home. Nobody is going to cover that cost. It is the most pathetic service I have ever come across and unfortunately the only one in our area. Wish you dont need to deal with them ever.
