PATHETIC SERVICE
Just been on the phone for over 15 minutes being put on hold for a reference number and then told to leave a message. This is ridiculously pathetic service where they do not know what they are doing and cannot give you a timeline on when your order will be completed. I have placed my order almost a month ago and still waiting for installation - might as well go to another service provider.

04 Jun 2019, 15:35I will not waste my time on emailing your useless organisation again and again. If you want my business then why dont you make the effort in calling me and sorting what needs to be sorted. How patheic in asking me to contact you where your service is useless.
Maybe your whole organisation needs to be taught a lesson on what customer service is. When a customer or potential customer writes a bad review the least you can do is call that custoer to attempt to resolve the issue but you would rather have them contact you , seriously!!!!! And you expect me to actually do that ! Think again
