Pathetic Service

Vumatel contacted me last week to set an installation date for the 14th Feb. They never showed up. Nor did I receive any calls from them. I phoned the support and gave them my order number and they contacted the installation department to find out what the delay is. They never picked up. Bad customer service all around. Pathetic!
