Pathetic Service
Installation order placed 11 Dec 2018 and received generic email saying they had received my order. I've emailed "scheduling" a couple of times and also emailed "support" in regards to this order. Not one damn word from them and no don't think I am going to waste my time, effort or money in phoning them. Don't they want any business? Their Business Ethics and Best Business Practices obviously don't factor into accepting an order then following up with the customer. Sorry nearly 6 weeks later and they still can't be bothered to give support...

17 Jan 2019, 16:31Amazing how quick Vumatel was to call after posting a review. Not happy with the response as it was totally opposite to what I was told last year. Then why on their very own website you can order the installation but according to the call I received it has to be done via an ISP. How about Vumatel actually make things a lot clearer on their website and don't mislead new customers...
