Pathetic service!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have had an installation done about 2 just over 2 weeks ago. Last week monday the 24th i had to phone him to come fix the installation they did, due to my dog getting hold of the pvc pipe. They came out for temp fix, when permanent fix was done we requested that they put the pvc pipe on top of a wall (exact same place they have buried it) which they refused. They told me this was impossible. Yesterday 01st Oct i had to log a call again as the same thing happened, they came out for a temp fix and im still waiting for someone to call me with regards to the permanent fix. i now have to keep my dogs closed 90% of the time because im scared this is going to happen again! they keep you on the line for half an hour at a time, cant even find the ticket for yesterday never the less ! the ticket has been closed without them doing the permanent fix. phone the manager to complain he does not even phone back!! keep on saying someone will phone you..NO ONE DOES! its pathetic!!!!!
