Pathetic service

What shocking service experience with Vumatel. We have been without WiFi for 3 weeks now and this is with technicians coming to our premises to fix the problem. WiFi goes up for 1 day and then it’s back to no WiFi. We have spent hundreds of rands following up and pleading for service and yet we sit 3 weeks later with no WiFi We paid for the fibre installation and now sit with nothing. I would not recommend Vumatel to anyone and strongly suggest u stay away from them. We have finally decided to give up on vumatel and are actually moving to Telkom fibre.
