Pathetic service

I signed up with Afrihost - Vumatel for fiber to home! Ordered the fiber on 2 October, only got installed on 24 October! Today is 28 October and still not up and running! Logged calls, phoned call center and still no joy! Get told will be resolved in 24-48 hours! Phoned again the following day only to be told that it won’t be resolved within the 24-48 hours! I have had to spend numerous hours on the phone with these people, no one calls you back to advise of the query! Every time I phone I get told that my reference call has been escalated! Escalated to what I can’t say as nothing happens, no follow up call to advise the status of my query! There is no customer service from either vumatel or Afrihost, there seems to be a hurry up and wait type of attitude! Wish I had chosen these people for my fiber, to say that I am seriously frustrated is an understatement! I seriously do not recommend Afrihost or vumatel to anyone! Rather go with anyone else! The worst service ever!
