Pathetic service

I am writing to express my profound frustration with the ongoing service issues I am experiencing. I have been caught in an unproductive loop, being referred from Mweb to Vumatel and back again without any attempt by Vumatel to address the problem.

Despite my efforts to seek assistance through emails and phone calls, my communications have been completely ignored by Vumatel and the agent who closed my ticket without resolving my issue and has IGNORED my emails, Raeeza Esau. This lack of support is unacceptable and has left me with unresolved issues.

I urgently request that this matter be escalated to a higher authority or general manager who can provide a solution. Immediate action is required to resolve these service disruptions.
