Pathetic Service

This is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. My internet went out on Thursday the 29th of April , the Techs arrive Thursday to help and find no fault on my line on my property, they see it being external and phoned and promised it will be fixed Friday. Friday comes they complain its raining so cant do the work but funny thing is that day there was no rain in my area but they said they promise it will be done Saturday and guess what nothing was done again. This line break has been left until today and still nothing been done!! But they claim excavation damaged it but only affected my line! So why no repair ?? why has it been left so long ?? I have seen these guys repair lines it doesnt take long so this i absolute laziness and pathetic service!! I pay alot of money and expected to pay for something I am not receiving!!
