Pathetic service

<p>The service from vumatel is absolutely pathetic! Never use them for fibre installation. They are useless and ridiculous! We have been trying to activate our line for past 3 weeks! They have the wrong address on the system and just cannot change it! We have sent mails and made several calls to correct this and they are just too *********** to correct this. Every call CENTRE agent asks the same questions over and over again and never resolves the issue. When they arrived to instal the fibre they went to the wrong address first and had to call me to get the correct address which STILL hasn't been updated on the system therefore the line is linked to the wrong address. It's something so simple that vumatel cannot get right! </p>
