PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

I have never experienced such horrible service in my life. I pay my bill on time, but for 2 weeks now I still don’t have wifi. I have been calling, sending emails, writing on Facebook only to be told ticket is with the technician??? I mean, I have children, they need wifi for homework and for TV. This is unacceptable, first you tell me to call the ISP and get my own ticket. I already spent R800 in this period due to the poor service received from you, I am disappointed to the core, and mind you I have 2 accounts with you.
