Pathetic service

Am really disgusted to even have you as a service provider. I had my fibre line installed last month already!!!! I phoned several times to supersonic they logged the case I get a ticket number.!!!! I been trying to get my password to work but for month now really nothing I call vumatel they send me back to supersonic seriously this is bad service and even customer service I regretted I joined this service really!!!! Every time my case is closed but nothing is happening I am at that point where I want to cancel my whole thing with this service!!! Pathetic pathetic service! !!!!
