Pathetic, poor Service

I have old, poor quality wiring that was installed ages ago. Everytime a bird sits on it, the cables outside break and I have to stay for a minimum of 3 days without connection/internet. I work from home and this turnaround time is pathetic and unreasonable considering the high rate of unemployment. I tried to contact Vox as your ISP but with no help at all. I am told that I cannot contact Vumatel directly and I have to go via Vox. Turnaround time is 72 hours which is ridiculous. Currently I am having poor quality and connectivity. My router was exchange few weeks ago and now I am sitting with this issue on a daily basis. Can someone look into this urgently please!!
