Pathetic Non-existent support by Vumatel and VOx

Invisible Support and Extremely Pathetic approach to providing technical support, that is what this company thrives. We have Vox fibre connection installed on Vumatels infrastructure to our house. There is no internet lately and we were promised full coverage. When I called VOX, they said they logged a ticked and told me it’s Vumatel’s problem. Now, there is no way one can contact vumatel. The entire business looks like a pyramid scheme just robbing the customers in broad daylight. I think South African Consumer Protection organisation should intervene in case of Vumatel’s and Vox fibre’s negligence and the end user shall be compensated for the damages. If my issue is not fixed I am going to sue for damages as it seems like Vumatel terminated my Internet connection without telling me. This is despite the fact that the money was debited from my account. The VOX fibre gave me this reference number: VOX***6. Am not able to work and am incurring financial damages due to the pathetic service am receiving from Vox and Vumatel. If I knew this I would have stayed from Vumatel and Vox
