Pathetic *********** inefficient service

I have had no connection for days. I logged a complaint on Friday. I was told a technician would be sent . I had to follow up with numerous calls today because no technician made contact. Eventually I was told a technician would be in touch this afternoon. A technician called saying he was finishing up a job and would be at me withing an hour to 90 minutes. That was 3 hours ago. I called him a while back and he says he was nearly finished and was up the road from me. I asked where he was he said Kensington. I told him I don't like there he says don't worry I'm close to where u live. He then called to say he was at my house. Turns out despite numerous phone calls asking to escalate my issue the call was logged incorrectly and a technician from a different area was contacted . The techniian said he would log a new request for a new technician. I told him to get a manager to contact me immediately he saus he would, no call from a manager and no technician. Pathetic *********** inefficient service.
