Pathetic ********** service from vumatel

We had fibre lines installed before lockdown for the corona virus. Its now been a year and still to date our lines are not active. 365 days and nothing. No eta on when the lines will be active no communication from vumatel. No response whatsoever. All we get is it will be done when it is done. 365 days and nothing. I have never experienced anything like it with any company ever. Vumatel owns our fibre lines and until they activate them we are stuck. I have been asking and the people in my complex have also been asking for a answer but vumatel shrugs us off and says the lines will be active when they get around to it. How long do we still wait. Another year? 2? Three? Pathetic service to say the least. Truly disgusted with vumatel shame on you
