Pathetic Customer Service

Absolutely pathetic customer service. My ISP has logged a ticket to add my address to a portal - turn around time was expected to be within 48 hours. Neither my ISP or myself have received communication from Vuma around the issue in 5 days, despite numerous calls to Vuma requesting escalation of the matter.
