Pathetic customer service

Mweb vumatel is the worst internet service provider out there. I do not recommend.. Nobody can assist you with any type of issue you may have whatsoever. The live chat service is absolutely pathetic, nobody is available at all and can't provide any type of help.. My Internet was suspended due to late payment, I then tried to reach out to someone to assist me with changing my bank card details because I renewed my bank card.. Nobody could help me with that.. I tried changing it on the app, vumatel gives me a error message everytime. It is so frustrating. I then did a EFT payment.. I'm still waiting for verification from their side that they received it. I've uploaded proof of payment too.. Still nothing.. I'm so hopeless because now we're left with no internet at home
