Pathetic customer service
Wish I could give 0 stars. NEVER IN MY LIFE have I gotten service like this before. How, for a month, can I struggle to get wifi from Vumatel and Vox? Vumatel's website says my area is covered and today after a MONTH of struggling, now suddenly (even though the website says so) my area isn't covered? False advertising to the extreme. Endless phonecalls made to them, endless "escalating your issue" responses. After an address mistake on their side, promising me they will come and install my fibre hardware so that Vox can come and install my wifi, now suddenly they don't cover me?
I don't have any words. Shocked. Pathetic. The amount of time and minutes I have spent on the phone with them is sickening.

After they finally informed on Friday that they do not cover my complex, and I cancelled my order, the pitched at my complex on Tuesday with no prior notice to me and after telling me I need to use Openserve rather. So also confused as to why they would pitch at my complex then expecting to come in to work when I am at work, no one is home, and no one arranged for them to come.
I cancelled with Vumatel and Vox.
