pathetic customer service

I paid my wifi on the 31st after it was disconnected on the 30th, they disconnected me for 30 minutes and after they disconnected me , i have been on chat box speaking to agents and im still not connected . Now i have to buy data for me and my kids but i just paid R400 . Firstly the error was it needs payment , today refuses to take my password . Vuma cares less about the wellbeing of their customers , if i can go to weekend without Wi-Fi hell will break loose nx
