Pathetic customer service

Firstly it took more than 3 weeks for Vumatel to install my line. Then I finally made an appointment for 14:30 as the previous day I worked night shift. They called me at 7:59 stating that they are at another unit in the complex so they would like to attend to my unit now. I explained that I was asleep and made an appointment for 14:30, they gave me an excuse about petrol etc. The Saheel from maintenance displayed the most unprofessional customer service via 2 calls.
