Pathetic Customer Service
I am having the worst experience with Afrihost! Not only is their Call Centre staff super unhelpful but they are unprofessional, and have zero customer service etiquette!
They are quick to take money, but when it comes to resolving issues they take their own precious time, even when the fault is on their side!
