Pathetic Consultants Pathetic Service OVERALL

I have never been so shocked. I just called Vumatel and the customer care consultant told me I have the incorrect ticket number when I asked if I could give her my details she said I need to get a ticket number and hang up on me while I was talking taking me to the ratings line. I obviously rated 1 because zero wasn't an option. The whatsapp line is also ignoring me and just telling me my ticket is open. How is it non existant on a phone call and open on whatsapp. My biggest bother is no one is telling me why our Wifi has been off for almost a week now!
